FAQ

  • What type of sludge can be used as feedstock in the Naki process?
Naki’s technology is designed to process various types of sludge, including: Sources for the Naki Process: DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Sludge Centrifuge-processed Sludge Landfill Sludge Disposal Available at any food factory using fats or oils in production Relevant Composition: Moisture Content: 65% - 90% Fat Content: 10% - 30% Factories generating these waste streams can turn them into valuable SAF and biogas feedstock using Naki’s process.
  • What infrastructure is needed to integrate Naki’s system?
Naki’s technology is modular and adaptable. To implement the system, a facility needs: A waste sludge collection system (e.g., DAF or centrifuge processing) Space for on-site processing equipment Connection to existing biogas or SAF feedstock supply chains (if selling) Our team works with partners to customize installation based on facility needs.
  • What are the operational requirements for running Naki’s system?
Naki’s system is automated and low-maintenance, requiring only basic utilities like power and water. Operators receive training and support to ensure smooth operation with minimal manual intervention.
