Fuel

Fossil fuels still dominate global transport and aviation, while sustainable alternatives depend on limited waste oils and fats.

Naki supplies a new, certified waste-based lipid feedstock that integrates into existing renewable fuel pathways and supports the shift away from fossil fuels.

A New Feedstock for Renewable Fuels

Transport and aviation still rely heavily on fossil fuels, while demand for renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel continues to grow under EU mandates such as ReFuelEU and RED III. At the same time, traditional waste-based feedstocks like used cooking oil are limited and increasingly constrained.

Naki produces ISCC-certified Mida oil from high-fat industrial waste streams, creating a new Annex IX-B eligible feedstock for the established HEFA/HVO pathway. The oil can be upgraded to SAF, renewable diesel and other advanced fuels, expanding domestic supply while reducing dependence on fossil resources.
